Visited Winnipeg for a bit of work, and stayed on for a bit of fishing on the Red River. I caught a 37.5-inch channel catfish and qualified as a Master Angler. One of my pictures has me holding up the big fish. I released him after I took his picture.

Singapore is the cleanest place I've visited. My favourite restaurant was Father Flannigan's, an Irish pub that knew how to make a traditional Shepherd's Pie.

I worked in Thailand for a year, training some of the Skytrain technicians. When I first arrived, I stayed at the Central Plaza hotel for a month, then moved to an estate for the rest of the time. I did get to travel around, and my students made sure I saw the real Thailand, not just the tourist spots. Sawa dee krup!
