Not too much into sport activity but enjoy long-distance walk (preferably, along the seaside! ), eclectic, relaxed but healthy life-style without a special diet, some yoga and reasonable dose of stupidity help me to keep in shape (159cm/56kg). I act, feel and look younger my age ))).
